Unhygienic
Please please please tell my why these people don't wear gloves when working with the food. I watched from the drive thru window as someone was preparing a wrap and I was horrified at what I saw! All the other eateries use gloves why not kfc's staff?! This is unacceptable!

KFC Africa's Food Safety policy focuses on following strict hand washing procedures using antibacterial soap and hand sanitiser as apposed to using gloves. Our view is that gloves can create a false sense of food safety and hygiene as glove wearers cannot feel when their gloved hands are dirty and they may not remove and replace their gloves as often as required to avoid cross contamination.

13 Mar 2019, 08:35Then they should use clean utensils. As I am sure the KFC TEAM don't want to eat from someone's hands that perhaps have warts or cuts or **** under their nails or something. Pathetic excuse as there are other means of doing so. I don't even use my hands when cooking as there are utensils made for that purpose. Wonder who monitors the hand washing to begin with as many adults are just filthy!
