Unhelpful branch manager

I went to the KFC branch in 63 Old Main Road Pinetown on the 23/01/2018 to place an order. I had a KFC virtual gift card with a wiCode that I wanted to redeem as part of my order when I was informed by the branch manager Sabelo Masuku that this store has a problem with there system and cannot accept my gift card. I explained to him that I have had the same problem at this branch a few months ago and I find it strange that the problem with there system has not been rectified. The manager was totally unapologetic, rude and lacking any customer service s****s, he offered me know solution! KFC should have better trained managers who can deal with customers!
