Unhappy with the special

Totally disappointed with KFC especially during these trying times. I went to KFC next to Bara Mall, looking to buy 6 X streetwise two's.

They informed me that its on special and comes with a colddrink. I requested to buy the normal ones as we were not interested in colddrinks, i personally do not drink cold drink and the people I was with preferred hot beverages as it was a rather cold day.

I fail to understand how they can run a special that goes into people's pockets and force colddrink's on everyone irrespective of their preference.

It is clear that KFC is indirectly looting from its clients. Sadly the lockdown not only affected them but everyone in country if not worldwide. Such specials are unacceptable.
