unhappy with the service and food ordered

Just ordered 2 x 2 pc chicken at KFC. Ordered via Mr D Foods - DFD***1. I received 4 pieces of chicken in one box. The driver couldn't even wait for me to collect my order he just left it at the reception. Valencia from KFC Kempton Park tells me that putting all pieces in one box is their procedure in their shop. She then told me what if they can't change my order? Valencia had a very bad attitude when talking to me. I didn't get my order the way I ordered it , it came without catch-up, no salt, no serviettes
