Unhappy with KFC Queenswood services

I arrived at home and noticed that all my foods that I ordered was not in the paper bag. Try to phone Queenswood branch twice and twice call was ended. When through the tax invoice and noticed that the R2 add for hope was also done without my consent. Regular mash and gray is really just gray only half of the bowl. Not happy with service and I had to pay for 1/3 of food that I did not receive.
