Unhappy with KFC app

Ordered for delivery using the kfc and an hour later didn't receive anything and called customer care service was told my order doesn't show kfc app I couldn't track my order or see previous orders now my money is gone of my account and I'm told I will get a refund or voucher I ordered because I was hungry how very inconvenient and unreable
