Unhappy with incomplete orders

We visited KFC Wilkoppies this afternoon (05/11/2020)@ at 17:06 We ordered the All in 1 Plus (which is the 6piece chicken, 2mash and gravy, 2coleslaw and 2chips) with 4 extra loaves + 2 extra Zinger Burgers. We payed a total of R229. 70 for this meal and our order number was #004... When we got home and packed out the bag we found that the order was incomplete with 1xburger and l not being in the bag. And when we shared the other burger the chicken fillet on the burger was so hard and dry it tasted like it was days old So we end up only eating the chicken and loaves that was left... I would please like feedback about this as I am highly dissatisfied with paying for things I didn't receive... I can provide a photo of the meal when we packed it out of the bag and a photo of the slip also of needed. We have had similar problems previously that there was something not in our bag that was ordered and payed for but never really did anything because we thought it was maybe an accident but this now is unacceptable really... Awaiting a response please
