Unhappy with FC LILIBA SERVICE

KFC is loosing its standard. I logged a complaint on Monday morning and till today there is no acknowledgement. Got to KFC in tembisa. The one nin ililiba and specifically said i dont want a thigh. Now they go and put a thigh. Really now.

Yesterday i got there and after ordering i had to wait on the payment window with no one to attend to me for over minutes. When that lady came back she was like sorry mam there is G4S Truck. Like where do i fit in, Why dont you say? #BlackFriday
