Unhappy service

I would like to raise a complaint regarding my recent experience at the Leeuwfontein KFC. I waited for my order for approximately 40 minutes at drive throw, which is an unreasonably long time, especially considering the level of service expected. In addition, the food quality was disappointing. The oil used to prepare the food seemed old, which affected the taste and overall quality of the meal. This raised concerns about food freshness and hygiene standards.

I am usually satisfied with KFC, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope this matter will be addressed to improve service efficiency and food quality at this branch. Kind regards
