Unhappy Scottburgh KFC customer

I write this, as it's not the first time we've been disappointed with Scottburgh KFC. The other day I went to purchase double crunch burgers and were told that there was no cheese, an imperative ingredient in the meal. Obviously disappointed, I then asked if there would be a discount, and was told that I still had to pay the same price. There is a Pick n pay right next door to KFC for goodness sake, surely a staff member could have popped over and bought some cheese slices??? a very feeble excuse!
