Unhappy KFC customer

I am very upset, not to mention disappointed at the service I received at the KFC branches in the North of Pretoria. I drove to 3 different KFC's, Wonderpark, Nina Park and Pretoria North. I wanted to buy the choc brownie ice cream. And at al 3 branches, I was told either the ice. Ream machine isn't working, then I was told that the choc brownie ice cream isn't on the system, the at the last KFC branch, I was told that the ice. Ream wasn't delivered...

I am upset and disappointed... Do better
