Unhappy customer, Store didn't care

ordered from Protea Heights KFC and the chips were cold, tasted old and they didn't send all the condiments we asked for on the app. When I phoned them after delivery (10/05/2020 @ 17:10) the lady didn't really sound like she cared. She said yes it's on the order but they didn't look at the order till the bottom. I wanted to tell her about the chips as well but she cut the call short and put the phone down in my ear. When trying to call back twice, they didn't answer, sounded more like picking up the phone and putting it down in my ear. Never ever will I order KFC from Protea Heights again.
