Unhappy customer : Brekkie crunch wrap combo

I'm an unhappy customer, I've been at germiston kfc in Victoria Street. First time I went to buy the breekie crunch breakfast that comes with cappy juice for free and I was told it was not loaded yet on the system for the free juice and they are waiting for head office and I let that lie down. Second time they said they were out of juice and now it's the third time I just went to kfc for the brekkie wrap and they don't have the juice again. This time I asked them to substitute it for a cuppucino since it's almost the same price as the cappy juice which is R16. 90.
