Unhappy customer

Today for the first time I'm at KFC umgababa ordering some KFC. The shock when I was told they do not keep vinegar since it's not on demand. Ever since I can remember, when you order KFC, your order comes with ketchup, vinegar, chilli salt and some serviettes. They went on to say it's not a "must" for them to include vinegar if you're ordering meat. Imagine!!! The manager says they're customers don't like vinegar but we're the 10th customer to ask for vinegar since the month began (today being the 6th of July). So we that love vinegar are not considered customers hah
