Unhappy customer

Hi. Kfc at Tambotie mall Randfontein. It's now the 3rd time that I ordered meals at the drive thru. The chicken pieces were very oily and very dry. And it's the 3rd time that they haven't been able to add catch up with our order after I ask the employee at the window to see that she must make sure there's catch up and salt in our takeaway. I'm sick of this that they don't care about kfc complaints about their negligence. It's seems that the manager and employees don't care about the quality of their service against the public.
