Unhappy customer

Yoh guys I'm so heart broken. So today I went to kfc pinetown taxi rank and bought 10 wing. I took them 15min for them to tell me that I have to wait 3 for me to receive my order and they wouldn't have told me if I didn't ask so I told them to cancel my order IL go and buy somewhere else the one who was giving out orders told that they can't cancel bcos they have already cashed the order like really???? So I asked her to call a manager and she did. When the manager came I told her I want to cancel my order I have been wait and I don't want wings anymore. Heh guys guess what she told that the wings are already out of the pot can she pack me my order and I said yes only to for them to give me cold hard wings. I don't know why I was treated like that but I would never buy from kfc again so I then ask for my money back cos clearly they were not interested in selling their wings to me again I had to wait for more tem minutes for my money bcs her till was not opening
