Unhappy customer

On Thursaday morning around 1am ,my fiancee and i went to buy KFC, we ordered, were told theres no rolls,thats acceptable, i askedd to use the toilet ,was pointed in the direction i wad real desperate, the door was locked,i went back and advised the staff which told me to go look for security, and this time, i realy needed to go,went back knocked again,i assume the security was skeeping in the toilet,the staff could not be bothered with my situation or what we wanted to order,i had no choice but to urinate on the floor outside the toilet as i could not take anothet step,which i apoligise for,but your night staff has to treat patrons with a bit mote respect as this wasnt the 1st time we had an espisode there,the last time the refuse to serve us by the drive through at night,my contact is ********** 850
