Unhappy customer

Came in at 20:00pm, Stood in the que for 5mins, asked a lady if there are any cashiers & she said she's coming but she keeps on packing other orders to send out. Get more people to help at cash desk or only keep drive threw open & close the main door But leaving customers with no help for 10mins is unacceptable!!
