Unhappy customer

For the past few times that I have been to 3 different KFC branches I received the incorrect order, cold/old fries and very unpleasant service from the employees. Now I know some days are harder than others as I too work in a service related industry but there is no excuse for giving customers cold and stail fries for breakfast when it should be fresh. Also numerous employees speak with an unfriendly tone of voice and have a problem when asked to relay your order to you. Should reading back a customers order not be standard practice??? Please provide etiquette refresher training for your staff.
