Unhappy customer

I'm one of KFC biggest supporters and i am completely disappointed with my last purchase.

Last week I purchased a full family treat with all sides you name it. Yet to find the chicken is dripping in oil , chips are hard and brown almost burnt, mini loaves are stale I was completely put off. You probably thinking why didn't I take it back? Well I bought it for supper as I was on my way away for the weekend, so to drive back was completely out of the question and the reason why i didnt check my order is because i always get what i ordered and im never dissappointed.

I just think that why serve food like this? And being a loyal customer I just thought of letting you know.
