Unhappy Customer

I ordered via Uber eats at KFC Triangle Rusternburg on The 1st March 2025,I received the wrong order and asked the Uber driver to return with it,he called me when he got to the store saying they insist that it’s the right order,then said they will refund me ,I sent a message on kfc website and Uber eats app but even today I’m still waiting for feedback and haven’t received my money back
