Unhappy customer

It's for the second time buying from KFC Olivenhoutbosch, the service is terrible. My first time I had to withdraw the order, I've been waiting for over 20 minutes for my food to be ready. They seem lost and doesn't love their job. I would never recommend anyone to go there and with my first experience I had to share with my colleagues and they felt the same way too. Terrible customer service ever.
