Unhappy Chicken *****

I put in a order on the KFC app. It was very quick to take my money (R311.50) out of bank account, and the right after that it showed something when wrong. And I was stuck with no order number nothing. I put the order in again and it went through as order 111001 at KFC Kroonstad George street. My complaint is that I contacted KFC right after it happened through their "contact us" portal with all the details and the new order number and asked for my money back for the first order on the 23rd of February 2024 and not at single email or any anything has been heard from them till now. I find it dispicable...
