Unhappy

Hi there. I ordered food on Wednesday at about 11h30with special instructions that food must be delivered at 15h30. Called the Beyers Park KFC and reminded them. Spoke to Lebo. She was very nice and said she is finishing at 14h00 but will handover to Zandile the afternoon supervisor. I call at 18h00. Was told that there was no driver. My kids were hungry. Called 3 times after to check. Then was told at at almost 19h00 that I can come fetch or I can get a voucher. It was my airtime and I had to pay someone to get the food. Very disappointed KFC
