Unhappy and ****ed off customer.

So my sister and I decided to spoil ourselves and go to KFC in N1 City Mall. After waiting in the line for 30 minutes (let me not forget that they only had one person working behind the counter and lines all the way out the store) we finally get served and decided to sit down and eat. To our surprise we see hurricane Katrina in the seating area, cups on the floor bins filled up to the top and boxes on and around the bin, papers laying all over the floor. The floors were so dirty and unappealing. This was so disgusting and off putting. Never in my life have I seen a place look like this. One of the customers had to go and ask one of the staff members to come and clean the area of which he did not do a great job at all. Now I've loved KFC all my life and to see the place in this state was just off putting and I will definitely be informing all my family and friends about this and hope that they would not have the same disgusting experience that I did.
