UNHAPPY AND DISGUSTED CUSTOMER

I bought KFC at Wilro park, the service there was disgusting let alone their food. you are told to order online but still wait at the store for more than an hour, no structure and a mess.

when they decided to help me, my food was terrible, chips were old, reported it to their customer service guess what HAD NO JOY STILL. I was told to send pictures i did and still have no joy. if it was one box yes I would understand but all 4 x boxes no way. giving me food that you also don't want at your store?? I'm not KFC's dog to dump their old food on my order. at this stage I'm very disappointed and disgusted with KFC. To this day no one has called, I followed up even the second lady was rude herself.

I am disgusted at the service as well as the food. I cannot pay my money for that.
