I am utterly disgusted about the service I have received from the KFC Banbury i used my card to swipe for my food and the lady advised the transaction did not go through i even showed her the sms confirming the transaction,she requested another transaction has to be made i will receive a refund of which i am still waiting for it, i left my contact details no contact has been made this happened on the 30th of January 2020. The manager is aware but is doing nothing about my issue. p/s i cannot get hold of the store
