Unhappy

Good day. I was at KFC Westridge last night. I went there to order the dunked burger meal that is R39.00 (the meal that comes with a drink in a cup). When i ordered, the cashier said their soda machine is broken and they only have bottles of cool drink. I said okay but I had to pay R49.00 because of the machine being broken, hence there was no note on to say about it being broken. I then asked the manager if they could not pour the cool drink from the bottle to the cup and she said no. She was very rude and had a attitude. Once again they had to make me as the customer happy but they did not. I then said I'll go to another KFC and with a attitude the manager said PLEASE DO. I am a person with a disability and I didn't like the way I was treated.

I then went to the KFC in westgate mall (mitchells plain) and the service I received there was 10 times better. I asked that manager if your soda machine is broken, what do you do. The manager said that they open up a bottle and pour it into the cup for a customer. I want a apology before putting in on social media and the newspaper
