unfriendly staff and time consuming

<p>I was at KFC Diepkloof at 12:30 and i waited for 20 in the que and when i was assist i was told that the speed point does not work and i wanted for 45 min to get my food and the staff did not care how long we waited and did not tell us that the speed point it is not working and that we will wait long for our food.</p>
