Unfriendly *********** staff

On the 4th of January 2020 I bought X2 streetwise two's with both an extra piece. I usually buy this way because then I can get 2 big pieces and one small piece per meal. I asked the unfriendly staff can they please make one streetwise 2 and one extra piece masala en the other streetwise 2 with extra piece plain. I paid extra for ordering streetwise 2 with extra piece which I don't have a problem but then I get 2 big pieces. When I got home I got only 1 piece of masala chicken and only 1big piece of chicken per meal. This is unexceptable and then the unfriendly staff is a other thing. But I must say each and every kfc's staff is like that. But hey what can I say more. This happened at walker drive kfc port elizabeth
