Unforgettable JHB KFC pathetic service and food

Yesterday I went to KFC in JHB at 1 Twist Street and I ordered 2Street wise 2 and 8wings ,bad service I received when I got there .I got served at 18:58 and only got my food at 19:30 and I was not given an explanation on why it took so long , I requested to see the manager but the manager was nowhere to be found guess she wanted 30minutes aswell to come , I had to leave before she even arrived . I was willing to let go of the terrible experience I had not only when I opened the food , the chicken looked like left overs n it was stale crowned with 6 hard chip ,what's worse I found a long paper that had a date and time in one of the boxes INSIDE the food , I have been up having running tummy and defenatly it's that KFC food I ate . Pathetic service and pathetic food ,, I am going to run tests and I am taking this up
