Unfair treatment

I am very unhappy with KFC, I ordered online and made payment, while waiting for my food I received a message that my order was canceled and money would be reversed. What really irritated me is: 1. I could have been given an option to collect my order as they claimed they could not get a driver for delivery. 2. The money will now be available within 7 to 14 days. This I find very unfair as I needed the food or money to get food elsewhere. I am not impressed.
