Unfair Labour's Practice

My name is Moses from Diepsloot Ext 10,

I'm writing this email with a heavy heart.. Today when I arrived at one of your shops at Diepsloot mall I found the person who usually make sure I leave the shop happy as a customer sad and when I asked what's wrong she said she is sick. I asked myself why would the company like kfc allow the person to work while sick.That shop is my favorite but after this I'm not sure. You could see the pain in that girls eyes for real that's so unfair, please take care of worker's so that they can continue giving us great service, I couldn't suggest this to the manager because most managers wouldn't listen to customers in such cases but rather have a blind eye.
