Unfair Employment clocking times.

A very good day,would just like to say that as a former manager in the F&B Department I am very disappointed in the way KFC treat's their employees in Mitchell's Plain Cape Town. It is against the law to let your employees clock out and then get back to work just so that you don't have to pay them for making sure the shop is clean,so they are not being paid for their hour's that they are working. Their is staff members that like to work like that especially the underprivileged African race, yes for them it mite be ok but as a former manager in the food industry it is ********* for the employer to make employees work like that. Their is absolutely no work ethic ND management skills in KFC. Head office should make sure that their management go for management skills training before becoming a manager. So that they know how to deal with staff, customer complaints and that they know the companies rules and regulations. I am sure that KFC head office KNOWS that you can't let your staff work and not get paid for the hours. Management must be neutral with all employees and not just favouring the ones that they like. Don't treat employee's the way you wouldn't like to be treated. PLEASE,I would like this to be sorted ASAP and would like a feedback as well to what protocols will take place to make sure that employees will be treated and payed fairly as this will be taken further if this issue is not solved immediately.
