Unexpected, unfortunate and completely unprofessional!!!!

I made an online purchase for delivery on the KFC app today, less than an hour ago, the payment goes off my bank account and then the app states a driver needs to be found before my order can be finalized. Unfortunately the order was cancelled as they couldn't find a driver, now it's the audacity to then send me an sms notification and the app also stated that my account may take 7/14 working days to reflect! What absolute ******* as KFC had no issue taking my money but now I can't get my refund same time because they could not facilitate my order?????

I will never order from this company and make sure to advice others to do so with the level of unprofessionalism I received today!!!! You
