Unexpected great customer service from Noluthanda, KFC N1 City

I ordered a streetwise bucket from N1 City Goodwood and while waiting for kerbside collection, I was approached by Noluthando who asked me if I had selected what piece of (free) chicken I would like. I did not know that I could do this online, I asked for my favourite piece. It was a very hot day ... like 30 degrees so I was very impressed at KFC staff going the extra mile. Thanks for a great value streetwise bucket meal with free stoney and a free piece of chicken.
