Unexpected Excellent Service

I called KFC umlazi mega city to make an order for pick up. The professionalism I received was out of this work. I spoke to a lady called Noxolo and she was very efficient. My order was ready when I came to collect 10 minutes after my call and the order was very pleasing. I hope all KFC staff can provide the same time of service that she gives. I hope this compliment reaches her.
