Unexeptable

Waited in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes to receive an order. 2 Vehicles in front of us and about 4 behind us waiting for the first vehicle's order to be delivered to them. On enquiry I was told that they are busy with the order after I tried to call to find out what seems to be the problem. Phone only rang...<br> To make this worse - the sauce we requested and already paid for for our ice cream was not in stock! When ordering should they not know this already?!<br> Just a suggestion: ask the vehicle to park and let the row move and when you are ready with their order - take it to their vehicle.<br> I have been more than pleased to get such service at other take-away places.<br>
