Good Day <br> I would like to bring to your attention my complaint: On 26th Nov at 20h42 I stood in the Drive-Thru and paid for my order: X1 Streetwise 2- leg & thigh, X1 regular twister. we literally waited 47minutes in the drive thru and the cars was hooting as there was no progress. I got out the car and went to the collection window and asked what's the hold up, the lady at the window said there's no chips and they still have to fry it. I was really upset as all they could do was suggested/ give the meals or order that is done and drivers could move out the line and park in the parking area and collect chips inside the store.. After 50mins I received my food. In my packet was a ice cold streetwise 2- they rang up leg & thigh but gave me a breast and wing with warm chips & a \mini twister"&i requested a regular twister"
