I have visited the KFC in Oudtshoorn a few times. Where they stop you before you get to the window to place your order. Every single time there was no one at the window placing an order so they did not have to stop you or take your order before you got the window. When I finally was allowed to stop at the window I heard an alarm going off. This means they actually lie about the time thwt they assist customers in. I am not sure if this is something that the franchise head offie teaches them. Pathetic.
