Undunked wings

On Friday, 01 August 2025 at 18:05.( KFC Greenfields, Settlers way in East London ) Ibought dunked wings & streetwise 5.

When I arrived home the wings were not dunked.

I then phoned to inform the restaurant, the lady I spoke with said I must call them next time I want to buy, I didn't understand why I should when I'm already at the restaurant. No apology.

I then informed her that this is not the first incident. -Once they gave me a cold twister. (Luckily I was still at their restaurant when I noticed it was cold and returned it immediately. - The 2nd time , I bought 10 dunked wings and was given 4 wings, saw that when I got home. I informed them of all these incidents. - I bought streetwise 5 and got 3 drumsticks in it.

I mostly buy on drive thru, all these incidents happen at drive thru.

I told the lady that this time I will report them and her response was 'ok' still no apology.

The response I got from their head office is that, I need a receipt for them to escalate my query.
