Understaffed and rude

There are 3 staff members standing outside chatting, staring at the long que inside. The only staff member behind the counter named Esther deliberately takes her time and excludes items from the order, followed by snotty remarks to the customers when they correct her. One person working the tills at lunch of a Friday.

My question to the owner: What is the use in renovating the entire building if your staff are the real problem?
