Undermining us as customers

<p>This is the second time now I m taking this initiative with this franchise at this particular area, first instance i allowed it to slide and it seemed like it was not so important to the KFC customer care website form which i filled up. Almost a year ago this fast food outlet use to frequently have inconsistent menus to the rest or a lot of new items unavailable. In some instances you would get an explanation of a missing ingredient on the food item. particularly the day i wrote on the KFC website customer complanit form for which i never got response was when i was told there was no lettuce for the burger i had ordered. </p> <p> </p> <p>The most recent incident thou which totally disgusted and angered me to a point where i thought maybe its because of this franchises location that customer service is an undermining experince and an insult. </p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a fully loaded box meal and right at the collection point when i was told that they did not have lids for the gravy cup/dish. The waiter simply handed it to me with a tissue serviete and a s****. He said they should have told me when I was making the order and he anticipated that i was going to eat the gravy rite there. </p> <p>This was such a terrible experience that i keep telling people about it, also show them the pictures of the gravy which later got spilled on my car seat. Amazingly most people who understand the supposed customer service have had some untoward experince with this particular KFC and that makes me question, its this because this KFC is at the rural township that we are undermined like this as if we come to the shop for handouts. </p> <p> </p> <p>KFC at Itheku Plaza in Newcastle</p> <p>Date of the last Incident: 19 April, 3:35 pm</p>
