UNDERCOOKED MEAT

Today the 24th of May 2025 I initially went to buy the Streetwise Feast at KFC YARONA SHOPPING CENTRE KAALFONTEIN , I was told they don’t sell the special which comes with rolls, chips and cool drinks so I got 5 piece with chips , WORSE part the meat was UNDERCOOKED and I did not get the rolls and cool drinks even though they were advertised on the MENU screen in store. I am so disappointed as a customer, how can a business/ brand do a special and decide to not supply its stores with rolls ?!!!! Also why didn’t I get the cooldrink????!!! Which comes with the special? KFC kindly look into this and do better, I’m so so so DISAPPOINTED!
