undercooked meal

I cannot begin to express my utter disgust with KFC!<br> <br> On Sunday, 6th December stopped by at KFC on Queen Nandi Drive to purchase a quick and convenient meal. On arrival we were made to wait an unreasonable long time (fast-food redefined!) before finally being served by the most inefficient and incredibly slow waitron. As if that long wait was not excruciating enough upon collecting our order and returning to the car, my son opened up his meal (KFC original twister) to find that the chicken fillet was completely uncooked!<br> <br> At this stage, as reluctant as I was to return to the store to endure another 30 minutes of waiting, I did however, return and requested to speak to management. I was then told that this was a mistake as all the staff members on duty were trainees.<br> <br> I find this absolutely unacceptable as consumption of this product could have resulted severe health repercussions for my little boy! And all I would have gotten was a big fat empty apology, and what good would that have done! Excuses of poorly trained staff are not acceptable either!<br> <br> I think it's important for the public to be made aware of situations like these as we are often duped by false advert
