Undercooked food

I had ordered a Wrapsta Box from KFC in Pelican Park on the 17th of July. Unfortunately, the chicken in the wrap itself was a bit undone or undercooked which I then fried and didn’t make a fuss about. I then saw that the chicken was hardly even cooked at all. Very unpleasant experience
