Undercooked chicked

Yesterday I ordered streetwise two chips at Johannesburg amardale twist street , I was served an under cooked chicken with cold fries . I shouldn’t have been worried when I got my order just after 5 mins ordering . When I called them it says the number doesn’t exist. I live in Soweto they cannot have expected me to go to Joburg cbd for an undercooked meat at night.
