Under staffed bad service

Saturday evening 9:30pm, KFC Langenhovenpark Bloemfontein. There's nobody at the tills because there's clearly not enough staff. As much as KFC may think it is good business to have so many customers, customer service suffers. And it's not like there were so many customers, 4 customers including myself and about 5 cars at the drive-through. If you want to offer a 24-hour service then staff it accordingly. If I didn't get someone's attention I would probably still be waiting?
