Uncooked chicken worst I have ever tasted from KFC

I have just have a terrible experience with kfc rosebank uber eats they had firstly sent me the incorrect order. I had ordered the 8 piece with chips and 3 mini loaf (PLEASE CHECK YOUR UBER EATS MENU). They had sent me the 6 piece with gravy. Secondly the chicken was dripping with oil and not even cooked fully and had to throw most of it away. Thirdly soon as i received the order and while the driver was still here i tried calling KFC Rosebank but the was no answer. I eventually got through to the store and spoke to Nonhlanhla at the store as she assured me that the order was correct. I still didn't receive the full order as there was 2 piece short which you can also check with the uber driver as i showed him.
