Uncooked chicken

Today, I bought a Big 6 deal chicken from KFC Standford quarter Port Elizabeth. The chicken was still raw. How disgusting is that. The quality of food getting sold the customer. I went to show the manager a picture who was unwilling to help and instead of helping. She is asking for the chicken. Is this the type of service you get from a person in a management position after the quality of food bought from her store.
